Mark has an entrepreneurial spirit, having successfully started and sold businesses in technology, real estate, and manufacturing.
Mark brings more than 25 years of senior management experience across many industries, including healthcare, financial services, technology, manufacturing, and real estate. This industry experience covered the breadth and depth of audit, finance, accounting, strategic development, and planning.
After leaving the corporate world, Mark started to provide his clients with accounting and finance solutions that helped clients reduce expenses, increase revenue, create processes to mitigate risk and take advantage of business opportunities.
Helen’s interest in taxation was sparked by a grade 8 teacher, who believed students should learn how to file tax returns. As a result, Helen was completing and submitting tax returns for her own family and friends. Her interest in taxation and business prompted the pursuit of an Honors degree in economics, the CPA designation, and an MBA, graduating with distinction.
Helen has gathered experience from a range of increasingly senior management positions with multinational corporations in financial services, consumer products, and technology. For over 25 years, Helen has operated a public practice providing individuals and businesses with accounting, taxation, and advisory services.
